These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "User") and OneTouch Express Internet Services ("Company", "we", "us") for the provision of internet, broadband, voice, and related telecommunications services. By activating a connection, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
2. Our Services
OneTouch Express provides:
- Home Broadband: Fixed-line fiber internet for residential customers
- Corporate Internet: Dedicated business broadband with SLA guarantees
- Leased Line: Point-to-point dedicated fiber circuits
- Voice Services: SIP trunking, cloud PBX, and IVR solutions
- OTT Entertainment: Bundled streaming subscriptions
- Digital Store: Networking equipment and accessories
Service availability is subject to coverage in your area. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service with prior notice.
3. Eligibility & KYC Compliance
To subscribe to our services:
- You must be at least 18 years of age
- You must provide valid government-issued identity proof (Aadhaar / PAN / Passport / Voter ID)
- You must provide valid address proof for the service address
- Submission of false documents is a criminal offence under the Indian Penal Code
- KYC verification is mandatory as per DOT/TRAI regulations
4. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at +91-8710910987
- You must not share your broadband connection for commercial resale without a separate ISP licence
- Equipment provided by us (routers, ONTs) remains our property — return upon termination
5. Billing & Payments
- Plans are billed in advance for the selected validity period (monthly/annual)
- Payments are due on or before the renewal date to avoid service interruption
- Accepted payment methods: UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card, Razorpay
- All prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise
- Failed auto-renewals will result in service suspension after a 3-day grace period

6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. Permitted uses include:
- Personal internet browsing, streaming, and communication
- Business operations, remote work, and cloud services
- Educational and research activities
7. Prohibited Activities
- Hacking, cracking, or gaining unauthorised access to systems
- Distributing malware, viruses, or malicious software
- Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam)
- Piracy, illegal downloading, or distribution of copyrighted material
- Hosting or transmitting illegal content (CSAM, terrorist content)
- Circumventing government-mandated website blocks
- Operating an unlicensed ISP or reselling connections commercially
- Network attacks (DDoS, port scanning) against any system
- Any activity violating the Indian IT Act 2000, IPC, or TRAI regulations
8. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your service:
- For non-payment after due date + 3-day grace period
- For violation of Acceptable Use Policy or Prohibited Activities
- Upon receipt of valid court order or government directive
- For providing false KYC information
You may terminate:
- At any time by submitting a written request to our support team
- Refunds for unused prepaid period are subject to our Refund Policy
- All company-owned equipment must be returned within 7 days
9. Limitation of Liability
OneTouch Express shall not be liable for:
- Loss of data, profits, or business due to service interruptions
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Service disruptions due to force majeure (natural disasters, government orders, cable cuts)
- Third-party content accessed through our network
Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the preceding month.
10. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

SLA credits are provided as service days for downtime exceeding guaranteed uptime, upon verified claim submission within 30 days.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Indian Telecommunications Act 2023 and IT Act 2000. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India. We encourage resolution through our Grievance Redressal mechanism before pursuing legal action.
